We’re Alex and Steff, tennis coaches, wellness leaders, surf and ocean lovers, and the founders of Pura Vida Tennis Academy & co-founders of Elevate Retreats in Costa Rica. With over a decade of combined coaching experience and backgrounds in sport, nutrition, and well-being, we help athletes and everyday movers enhance their game, on and off the court.
Our programs are built on the pillars of high-performance training, recovery science, mindset, and lifestyle optimization. Together, we create experiences that challenge, inspire, and energize.
We’re also passionate storytellers, capturing the magic of it all through photography and video. Whether we’re creating content for retreats, chasing sunsets with a camera, or playing mixed doubles in the sun, we’re doing it side by side, with love and gratitude.
